You can take out the numpad/trackpad and throw it at the monitor/someone. It's a killer feature! Well worth the 9k.

No visual signal whatsoever.
I had trouble getting visual signals, too. Sometimes, booting differently causes the drivers to fix themselves.
Or the wiring for the screen might be loose.
