Nope. Turned out to (probably) be a combination of a UTI and a viral gut infection. The symptoms looked to the InstaCare doctor I talked to first like it might be appendicitis, so I went to the ER. ER docs thought it was a gall bladder problem or pancreatitis. After an ultrasound and a CT scan, the only test that gave any sort of results was a urine test that showed the slightest signs of a possible UTI. So slight that they flat out said that they didn't really think it was a UTI, but since they aren't seeing anything else, they decided to treat it anyway, so I got an antibiotic script. They said that it's possible I also have some sort of viral gut infection, but the complete lack of nausea is very unusual, so they aren't sure about that either.
In the end, they basically said "we don't really know what it is, but you seem to be doing a lot better after two bags of saline, so come back if the antibiotics don't fix it".
