Links? If it's drawn, it is art and will not be removed. If it is a real photograph, then it will be removed. You can search Wikipedia for the legality of lolicon on the internet in your country.

As far as I know, shotacon and lolicon is legal in most countries. I know that it has recently been made illegal in Canada though, so you should check if it is legal or not for your country before you view these images.

Right now, lolicon and shotacon are legal in the UK. However, there are specifically plans to ban possession of it in the works, which may or may not come to pass.
