I've been giving this a pass for a few weeks since it started showing up on the tag edit queue since it serves a reasonable purpose and it's been populated fairly well (I mean, 28k posts, that's definitely enough to qualify it as reasonable to upkeep), but it really should be replaced with something that doesn't use a slash. I'd say something like "matching_hair_and_eyes", since it's basically the same thing and basically the same length.

Matching hair and eyes is definitely an anime and manga "thing"; the Anime and Manga section of tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/CurtainsMatchTheWindow is very long. That would justify having it as a tag on a Japanese-themed picture site.
Because her given name in hiragana, "かをり", is "kawori". "を" is usually used as the particle "wo", which marks the preceding noun as the target of the following verb. This particle is almost always pronounced "o", though it'll often be pronounced "wo" in certain dialects or while singing.
For what it's worth, using "wo" in a name is so unusual in my experience that I had to do a double-take. Relatedly, her given name doesn't have a kanji representation, most likely because kanji with a を in them are quite rare and most likely very, very archaic.
Someone should really go on a quest and separate between dark_skin and dark_skinned_male. Too many times I put "dark_skin loli" in just to see a bunch of black men having intercourse with white girls.
