Ah, so eager to quit. Even if such a distinction was needed, a character wearing females clothes fits the definition of the trap tag better than in other cases, due to "taking on the appearance of the female gender" with the clothes. Even then, this has nothing to do with the original image which has a feminine subject wearing feminine clothes, your personal gripes notwithstanding.

I'm sorry. Crossdressing doesn't automatically means trap or feminine looking. And trap doesn't even necessarily mean crossdressing. That's how it is and it's always been that way.

Your character is clearly male and boyish and didn't fool us. Now stop.

The first line isn't even relevant.

You don't speak for anyone but yourself, and anyone being fooled doesn't factor in any way to the dispute. All of the factors you cite are still your own opinions that don't hold up to scrutiny. They don't impact the definition of the tag and no one but you has these bizarre standards of "passing" for the tag.

You stop.

Don't remove the trap tag from that image.

Stop removing the androgynous tag from images that it should be tagged on, like post #3503598 or even post #3446092

What you're doing is tag poisoning at this point.

I would not call either of them androgynous. That tag is used more often for characters who lack all distinguishing sex characteristics. I don't like the way the wiki is worded but I'm not going to change it atm.

Edit: frisk_(undertale) is a perfect example of androgynous. Is boy or girl? Could be either. Prof. Oak wants to know.

Baroness is always correct.

More seriously though, I think Jedi is correct.

I mean, at least he actually said something.

From our own wiki,
Androgynous "simply refers to possessing physical traits associated with both sexes (not usually in terms of genitals, but rather facial features and build)."

Trap "Refers to persons of male biological sex who have taken on the appearance and/or identity of the female gender."

I think the images that started this stand up fine to both those definitions. There is no problem with those images being tagged androgynous and trap.

Beyond that, removing "androgynous" from images like these post #3586249, post #3579776 post #3544227, post #3524900, etc. is so wrong that it feels like a genuine act of malice. I'd agree, at this point, it is tag poisoning.

As another thing, you removed "trap" from post #3571028, my only guess why is because of the adam's apple, which is not something staff has ever done nor ever agreed to. Even then, if you wanted to use thumbnails as the baseline, you cannot see the apple from the thumbnail, which would make the image a pass. The frequency of edits like this is worrisome.

You're skating on thin ice with edits like this.

Tagging traps that look as feminine as real girls with androgynous doesn't even make sense to begin with. It's as if you'd be tagging a loli or any girl with androgynous, but you wouldn't, even though they look the same.
