Besides gelbooru.com/index.php?page=wiki&s=view&id=6843, what standard are screencaps held to when deciding whether to delete them or not?
Compare and contrast post #920840 and post #920849. They're both similar in resolution and source but first post was deleted and the second post wasn't.
I get that I'm invoking what's already been said in forum #653 but I don't get why some high quality screencaps get deleted when many others exist.

To be allowed, work must have been put into creating the screencap. This means that screencaps that have been stitched together, animated, photoshopped, traced, or heavily cleaned up are allowed, but most other screencaps will not be allowed.
I'm currently in public and unable to review the examples you've posted, but chances are the one that wasnt deleted hadn't been seen by anyone on the mod team. We don't particularly put a lot of effort into tracking down screencaps, since other tasks have a higher priority, so they will usually only be deleted if we stumble upon them whike doing another task or browsing the site normally.

Is there a way to find a list of users whether it be to see who just joined, who uploaded the most, made the most notes, etc.?
