Hacking attempt?

Hi. I have been uploading images on gelbooru for a while now but when going through some of Machino Henmaru pics I get this message
"Hacking attempt detected. Don't try again.
An error occured. The image could not be added because it already exists or it is corrupted."
I can assure you I'm not trying to hack you, and this hasn't been uploaded before at least not with appropriate tags (Henmaru, eels).
That leaves corrupted. What is a corrupted image anyway, it looks and works fine for me.
