I hate seeing other images being watermarked by some shit hentai site. On top of that the images also have artifacts because of the watermark being added, and under "help" it suggest that user should not upload images with artifacts. Also the original image might already exist here. I want to know if we should flag these images?

Yes, images like that should be flagged for deletion. Any time you see one, report it for me.
