There's currently no way to delete notes (it doesn't keep the history of notes.) Also, new ones posted tend to get screwed up (doesn't save the text, location, and dimensions.)

These might be flukes, I found them quickly for this. Is there a way to resize/reposition/delete already saved notes that I don't know about?

The box scaling image was due to a bug from the past which is now corrected. I've updated the notes and it should scale fine now. This may be a problem on other images as well.

Markup in the images isn't supported, other than bold, from my knowledge.

If you wish to resize, you change the size of the image or move it around, hover over the box until you see the translation, click on the translation and then click save. It will save the location and text.

It's a new bug that appeared. I forget why exactly. Notes will be fixed when geltas gets back from vacation.

I'm glad you're aware of this. I just tried to do this one:

The bug is fixed however I need to know what other images were edited so I can fix the problems in the database. Thanks.
