It matters cause they just don't delete images that are flagged. They view them first, decide if people MAY have made a mistake or are pulling pranks cause they were lonely, then based on the content of the image and the rules will either not delete them or delete them.

Our rules were defined simply as sticking to the status quo. No matter how I tried to word that rule to be as general as possible, or how I tried to give them an idea of what isn't allowed, they still insist on uploading American toons. "Ben 10 is anime-ish", they claim. Avatar isn't allowed, however, if was is drawn in an anime style it would stay. Japanese models and cosplayers are fine as well. This is my personal judgment process. I do not operate exactly the same as the mods. They are doing a great job cleaning up the old posts and trimming the new and I have the final say if the image stays or goes.

Also, are you writing a poem? Don't hit enter in the middle of a sentence, it makes you look like a fool. If you see something that is against our TOS, flag it for deletion and it will be reviewed by me. However, if this really bothers you that much, I will make it more specific and be more harsh towards infringement.
