Somebody knows if the characters of the image I posted are original from another serie? Your names?
Are they Carrera and Mercedes from Viper GTS in another form?

I don't really know much about this series but the boy character looks a lot like Ataru from Urusei Yatsura or the doctor from All Purpose Cultural Cat Girl Nuku Nuku.

The title of that section is "Clash!! Rei vs. 霧(...)" and I would need to see a scan that doesn't crop the title page to get the second name.
