Cut-and-paste screencaps are generally not allowed at all. We may make exception for 1080p or better screencaps with absolutely no compression if it is not a pointless cap to keep here.

Most of the screencaps we keep have been altered in some way to make it more useful. Examples include stitching (making a panorama of several frames stitched together), animations and de-censors.

I remember all of your deleted screencaps having watermarks from the broadcasting station. Screencaps from broadcast anime will almost never be high-enough quality to be allowed without being animated or stitched. For static, non-stitched screencaps, you would generally need to take compression-free screencaps from a Blu-Ray source, and even then many anime still don't have enough quality in their Blu-Ray releases to qualify. Most of the ones that I've seen that qualified have been Blu-Ray releases of theatrically-released anime movies.
