Some pictures are not resizing
Posted on: 10/20/14 10:15AM

I've recently come to this issue. Everything was fine about one month ago and I didn't change anything ever since. Some pictures are actually resized, and some are in full size, so I have to open them in additional tab.
Pressing the "Resize" button doesn't seem to affect anything. Resize option is checked.
Any suggestions?

mmmh
Maybe it's ctrl+mouse wheel?

btw wide images get resized more than tall images, this post #2446327 is bigger than my screen, but doesn't get resized.

Check if see this message at the top of post #2447019: "This image has been resized. Click here to view the original image. Always view original. Do not show this message."

If you don't see it, you have JavaScript disabled for Gelbooru, which also means that you will only see the resized image. If you're using NoScript, whitelist gelbooru.com.

Nope, installed Java and checked the Javascript working. I don't see the message at the top of the picture.

The resize checkbox in your account settings is a little confusing, so it might be causing some problems.

The resize checkbox means to resize the sample to the full-size image. In other words, if you leave it checked, you will always be given the full-size image and will never be shown the message at the top of the picture about it.

Ow, thanks. Read the description only now, you are perfectly true. Unchecked, now everything is back to normal.
