Tag history bug

It seems to me that history for tags is not working properly. It shows not the change you have made, but the previous one. the next person to change tags will have your change along their name and so on. Should i add this to tracker? Or maybe i'm wrong..

We are aware of the situation and the tag history is currently being redone. Thanks, though. :)
