I came here noticing there were some pictures outlined in blue, and upon on clicking some, I saw they were actually videos. I have seen that some people were able to watch them. I do things from my phone, and I wanted to know if these videos are suppose to auto play or not? I've been clicking on the play button and nothing plays at all. Do I have to download something on my phone that supports the video and get it to play for me?

iOS device browsers do not support the video format used for the videos on Gelbooru. You will need to download an app capable of playing webm video in order to watch them.

Yes. I just tested it, and VLC for iOS does indeed support webm.
