I've been trying to blacklist a tag for months, have tried clearing my history, clicking the button that it says to click, logging in and out, everything, and nothing works.

Is there a fix for it?

History and cookies are not the same thing. Try clearing your cookies.

I have and it still doesn't work; I just tried it now again.

I managed to somehow fix it but it deleted all the rest of my blacklist tags in the process, and I don't remember all of them, great...

Your blacklist is stored separately on our servers and in your browser, but the one stored in your browser is the copy actually used when blacklisting images. The copy stored on our server is only stored so you can access it from other devices after logging in.

Clicking the button on the account settings page will completely delete the copy stored in our database. This is intended to be used if, for whatever reason, the copy in our database gets stuck.

If you delete the copy without saving a copy in notepad, it will be completely lost, since there are no more copies of it anywhere.

As far as I know, every time we've posted instructions for fixing blacklist issues, including the official guide linked in the FAQ thread, should have included instructions to copy your blacklist into notepad before starting. If there's one that's missing that instruction, please let me know so I can go back and edit in a warning.

They're at least saving now, but my blacklist tags themselves aren't... "working". I still get images showing up in my searches even if they have a blacklisted tag.

I'm looking over the FAQ section ( at least where I think it is ) and can't find anything yet on my issue now.

When that happens its your post threshold telling you when images are blacklisted from your search.
