I was originally scared off after a threatening warning message but I find myself back. I feel accepted here and would love to reach out and connect with some of the lovely people on here. Thank you for your time and much love :)

I'm going to reiterate the warnings your comment history leads me to believe you may have received:

Discussing actual illegal activities in real life, especially those involving minors, is a major commenting guidelines violation and will result in a ban. This includes comments like "I wonder if there's any ladies here who would do this with their daughter."

Relatedly, do not troll for sex or cybering in the comments.

Do not post dialogs of what you think the characters in an image are saying.

Read and understand our commenting guidelines before commenting. They can be found here: gelbooru.com/index.php?page=wiki&s=view&id=207

There is a way around such emposed restrictions. Draw what you want to say. Artists get a free pass, lol. Inb4 you can't draw for shit *sigh*...

Of course, only the work of Japanese artists can be posted on this site.

That's wrong and has been wrong for a long time. Art by non-Japanese individuals is permitted provided it is of high quality.

Yes, I didn't actually mean this place only, but rather the whole internet. As an artist, you can be as much of a creep, as you want and people will still mostly love you for that (except scat & guro, although there are some clients even for that).
But for the sake of the argument, let's discuss uploading own shit to Gelbs. Gelbs is Japanese-themed and not Japanese. This creates an exploitable grey area. If you draw something with 0 western influence and upload it without posting the artist/source (or use a Japanese pen name), noone will be able to call a shot. But you'd certainly have to be good enough for that.

Why is "reason for deletion: non-Japanese" still a thing then?

Because while western art is somewhat allowed not everything is.

That tells us nothing. What isn't allowed? Where is the official post on that?
