Is there a place where like... So we're inspired by a pic on here and we can go write a fiction on the picture and the fiction can automatically link to the pic For people to enjoy? Is there a place where artists can tell the story of the picture? Or hell... recruit writers to write the story thier pic is based off? Just an idea?

There is no such place directly attached to Gelbooru. Posting such fiction on Gelbooru is currently prohibited.
On the other hand, you can create a booru for that on booru.org. Boorus usually host images, but the modifications required to put text on the page instead of an image are fairly minor and have done before; it's just a matter of seeing if Slayerduck is willing to set it up for you. Alternatively, you could just re-upload the image on your new booru and post the fiction in the comments there. Either way, you can link back to the Gelbooru post in the source field.

Hosting a basic booru on booru.org is free. If Slayerduck is willing to set up something special, that may cost money.

These pics inspire questions in my mind and I want answers to a full story on them, My brain starts turning and I yearn to write the story of the picture. I dont mind spending money On Something good as long as this Gets Achieved. and Id like artist Input on the story they intended to go with said pics they make and share So writers Know what plot elements to work with so the artist is Not disrespected.
