Hi,
I noticed that when doing any tag edits while not logged in will silently discard the tags in question. Unless you look closely, it looks just like the edit had been accepted, except it hasn't
Even if you notice that your new tags aren't there, there's still no reason given as to why not. (I don't about others, but personally, I'm not in the habit of double-checking such things, unless something looks obviously wrong...)
