Honestly, it's far less strict over here. For some reason on R34, unless the character is fairly new, you have to submit works that display sexual organs. Sexually suggestive works, or even just a bare ass aren't aloud. Never understood it.

If I had to guess, I'd say it's got something to do with their name. R34 is one of the rules of the internet. "#34 There is porn of it, no exceptions".
