Personally, I'd never dare ask for money, if I was at your level. And I'd never pay anyone of your level.
It's true that animations don't have to be as detailed, as a drawing. But the lack of detail doesn't mean you're free to fk up the rest. Like proportions. It reeks of half-assed cheapness. Lots of close-ups to avoid working with perspective. If it's not a close-up, there is barely any movement. First there is a background, but then there isn't? This is sloppy. In an animation, background is the easiest thing to do, because it doesn't move... Don't cheap out on that, it adds a lot value to your work, for relatively low effort. Shadows/lighting are one thing, but if you're gonna have colors, color everything.
P.S.: This is constructive criticism, so you can improve and get more people willing to support you.

Wanting to animate before learning how to draw is like wanting a major label record deal but not knowing how to play any instruments.
