What's the reason to why this happens at random times when trying to upload something? Than it'll say the file exist even though its nowhere to be found.

Hmm... during a deadlock it shouldn't commit, it should rollback, buuuut... it could be it is not inserted in to the searcher index, but actually is on the database server. If you know the source file md5, let me know and I'll try to debug.

I'll look into it further tomorrow. Database shows no trace of those files, so if they aren't adding even now, there is something being done wrong in our image processing script.
