I've put an artist on my blacklist because they're uploading content I don't like and it still shows up in the search pages like if I go to the upload page some Will say blacklist the others will still be visible and I know I got their name right

And while we're bitching about the options page can someone tell me if "My Tags" will ever be fixed or is this a deprecated feature?

Enable JavaScript, disable AdBlock. JavaScript is required for the blacklist to function, and AdBlock may interfere with that.

"My Tags" still works, you just can't use it to remove tags. Lozer has stated no intention of fixing that. I have a userscript that provides similar functionality if you want it.

JavaScript is enabled and I don't have an adblock so that's not the issue.. i come here for the art because there is some fantastic stuff but lately this one artist has uploaded a ton of jav videos and they distract me so I tried blacklisting him and his stuff still shows up usually if it has a blue box around the listing

What exactly are you putting in your blacklist?
If you're trying to blacklist a user's uploads, they most likely aren't an artist and therefore don't have an artist tag. You will need to use the user: metatag to block their uploads. For example, to block my uploads you'd add user:Jerl to your blacklist. Just adding Jerl would do nothing since Jerl isn't a tag.

I'm not sure what you mean by metatag...what would the metatag for baron_harkbonen ? I added that to the blacklist and some of their stuff shows while others are gone

Never mind I figured it out user:baron_harkbonen so anything by them will be blacklisted

Then again maybe not.. I've got them on my blacklist and stuff by them is still showing up... again with the blue box around the thumbnail.. :/ not sure if it just didn't save my blacklist cause I set it up it was there and then I went to check my account and it had reverted to previous settings :/

If it wasn't there when you checked again, it probably didn't save.
The blue box just means that it's a WebM post, by the way.
