I would say not likely at all. We may have administrative issues with the very idea of this. You may put it in the Trac but don't expect anything.

There are plans for tag implications, but nothing else along the lines of predictive tagging.
You must tag each of your uploads separately. Users have been banned for uploading a bunch of posts with the exact same tags, and multiple uploads at a time would make it too easy for people to do this. If you don't have the time to properly tag each of your uploads individually, you don't have time to upload.
