Did you donate at least $10.00? That's the minimum for this feature.
Has it been at least a month? Making rewards available takes a lot of time.

Correct, you aren't supposed to get ads. That ad was most likely served in error; they only just offered to buy ads, so lozer probably forgot to set it to not be served to people who received the ad-free patreon perk. I'll let him know about it.
April was the last month for people to claim this reward, but it's supposed to be permanent for those who made it in time.

That is how I understood it. And I made my contribution in March I think.
