I am aware that the locker can rape the lockee by preventing them from escaping. In some manta girls rape guys this way after consensual sex by preventing them from withdrawing when they clearly want to withdraw to avoid pregnancy.
In some overlaps of these tags though it seems like it is the leg locking woman who is being called a rape victim and the leg locked male who is being called the rapist.

I'm not sure I understand your point. The overlap affects 36 posts and I'm not seeing a problem. Also, tagging questions go in forum #1706.
