That was a misunderstanding. By old I meant that they have been in the deleted post queue for so long that lozer has had a chance to purge them from the database. Purged posts cannot be restored.

As someone who had the misfortune to spot an actual child porn image uploaded once, no it's not the good stuff. Some of the deleted and purged stuff is straight up illegal. In that case I jumped on the Discord to alert the mods & admin ASAP and it was taken care of within minutes of my spotting it.
