How many posts of this type are there? Only a couple probably don't warrant a new tag. But regardless of that, why sharking? If I had to name it, I'd go with small_business_coaching, or business_coaching for short.

It doesn't need a new tag. Just use the tag combination "carrying peeing".

And just incase I got the idea wrong in that example post there is also the "assisted_peeing" tag.
