That is very much the same as rape.
You can use "rape -broken_rape_victim" or with other combinations like restrained, bound, holding_arm, forced, etc.
Also: Tagging questions should go in forum #1706.
Edit: I almost forgot "rape struggling".

Is not the same as rape since technically not all rapes involve the person trying to escape.
