If you whitelist this site for your ad-blocker then you need to whitelist https://gelbooru.com/

"HTTPS Everywhere" is an extension.
I whitelisted all of gelbooru.com and it's still happening.

Personal discovery.. If you inject any "display:none;" css into the site, it will throw pop-under adds at you everytime you click a thumbnail and some other links.
No idea if that is your exact problem tho.
