I know of one that renames files when you're in the process of downloading, but is there one that renames files already saved? I have... a lot of unsorted pictures that I really let get out of hand an am kind of desperate... This is a huge shot in the dark, I know, but I thought I'd ask in case there was some miracle program that did this.

Edit: Never mind guys, apparently grabber has this and it works VERY well. Saved me weeks worth of sorting one by one xD

There probably is, but most of them probably won't work at the moment since our API is down.

Yeah, I noticed that when I was on the grabber forums. Ran Danbooru's search instead and it got about half of my unsorted collection renamed. Will probably have to wait for the rest, or sort a page at a time. (I'm a noob and have no real idea what an API consists of haha)

Thanks for the reply ;)

The API is basically just a machine-readable output of the meta-information about posts, as opposed to having to load the entire search page, and then the post view page for each post, with all the formatting each has. It makes doing stuff programmatically, like downloading posts, renaming files, or tagging stuff, a lot easier, but I wouldn't really recommend using it for normal browsing since it isn't really very human-readable.

That sounds like a fun thing to play with. When will it be back up, and how do I use it?
