Hey, I kinda stopped going on Gelbooru for a while, like 1-2 weeks, and when I came back (3-4 days ago) popups weren't showing up twice a day, but something like once every 15-20 minutes (Using Chrome on a ZenFone 3) It's like, I click on an image, it opens in a new tab and the original one becomes a nutaku ad. Kinda annoying sometimes, but not a boner killer either... Anyways, I just wanted to know if that only happens to me or not.
(Sorry if this "issue" has already been raised before, haven't been on the forum in a while either.)

This is a known issue. It isn't supposed to happen. The admin is talking to our new ad provider about getting this fixed.

I've done a small workaround. Hopefully it works until they can locate the reason why it does this.

I've also seen a similar thing with ad banners which i chose to only show popups and they dont seem to stay off for a month or even a week every 2 to 4 days they come back on which is kinda annoying to see them show up but still im ok with them being gone even for 3 days at a time.
