I've updated the wiki. You can use the brother_and_sister tag if you want to narrow it down. If it's not inclusive enough due to undertagging then there is also "siblings 1boy 1girl".
Also, tagging questions should go in the Gardener's Guild forum.

No. That would make it redundant with "brother_and_sister", as Jedi mentioned above. We only use one tag for any given meaning. If we use "siblings" like you suggest, it would have the exact same meaning as "brother_and_sister", which is not acceptable. It's more intuitive for "siblings" to refer to any type of sibling combo, and specific sibling combos to be tagged "brother_and_sister", "brothers", and "sisters".

Honestly I don't see why you would want to do that in the first place. Sisters are siblings. Brothers are siblings. Changing the meaning of the tag would make no sense at all here.
