I've been using "-source:*pixiv*" and "-source:*pximg*" to omit images from pixiv, and it worked fine even up until a couple days ago. Those tags now don't show anything. Anything I can do to get the same results as before?

I don't think so, but those should still work. This sounds like a bug. Please submit a ticket about it on the trac.
