hi guys.
am i allowed to upload my own original drawings here? i'm not a japanese artist but i draw in the anime style.
i also wanted to ask if this site has strict rules regarding the quality of art being submitted.

Fairly strict, try uploading an image to somewhere like Imgur and post a link to it here to get some feedback.

Are you using MS Paint?
Oekaki art is allowed on Gelbooru but the usual practice is to attempt to max out the applet's capabilities before submitting. (shading, textures, etc.)
Some examples, consider this the low end of image quality, composition and anatomy that we would allow: gelbooru.com/index.php?pa...ags=oekaki+rape&pid=0
No Photoshop, CorelDraw, render engine or tablet. These were all drawn using very minimalist doddle software such as may be found free online.

i used photoshop. but i'm only self taught and i haven't learned advanced techniques yet.
btw, are there other porn sites that allow straight shota and could tolerate my level of art?
