IQDB doesnt update any more?

In several time I doenst found in pictures in IQDB, but when upload it, says "An error occured. The image could not be added because it already exists or it is corrupted"

Isnt IQDB updating every ~15 min? Gelbooru isnt considered in IQDB any more?
