1. Predictive tags as you type (we already have this for searches)
2. Frequent tags
3. Suggested tags
Noticed that other imageboards have these but I prefer gelbooru.

Probably not.
For frequent tags see gelbooru.com/index.php?page=wiki&s=view&id=16877
As for suggested tags, some are auto-added by a tool some minutes after an edit. Right now that's the best we can do.
I don't know what all the next version of Gelbooeu will add or when this will be.
