Art books that aren't really telling a narrative are still allowed. As for multi-page comics, our sister site thedoujin.com/index.php/categories/index was specially made to host these.
Btw. What about bonus one-page illustrations, that don't have anything to do with the rest of the work story-wise? For example pictures like that: nhentai.net/g/202006/218/ To me it seems identical to what a lot of artists post on sites like pixiv for example.

If it's just an illustration, it's fine, even if it's part of a work that is mostly a comic. To be disallowed, the image itself has to be a comic. Non-comic artbooks are completely allowed, for example.
