Change in Dutch laws?

So a popular site called allthefallen.ninja along with its imageboard ATFbooru was recently taken down by the site owner. Someone on another imageboard said that it's because of a recent change in Dutch laws. Which now made loli illegal in The Netherlands, and the sites were hosted there. I want to know if that is true, since this site is also hosted in that country.

This site is not also hosted in that country anymore. A while back we moved back to The United States.

ATF was not taken down by the owner, it was taken down by the host at the request of a third party the host believed. The site, chat, and streaming services will be back up shortly, there was no data loss, and the new host will be in a country with a lolicon friendly outlook.

Thank you for your consideration.
