Real talk, read this book. Learn it, know it. It's how I've landed my current GF of almost a year without scaring her away (she's pretty too). Take it from me. From someone who once took a date to what was thought to be a park, turned out to be a cemetery. That date wasn't impressed, nor were the other women I've blundered with in the past.

It teaches the do's and don'ts and the "Red Flags" to avoid. Lists experiences and how to handle flakey dates/women. It doesn't just list advice, but backs it up with the rationale to make sense of things. You're going to encounter many wishy-washy women, the main key is to stick to it until you find the one that has a mutual spark.
