I was wondering if anyone knew about US laws and if drawing shota and loli would be considered illegal in the US? I heard it depends on the state laws? Does anyone know?

theres not a straightforward yes or no, but from what i looked up in 90% of states, loli and shota is legal as for the 10% its not really illegal as its more a grey area, either way you should be fine

Nobody has/is going to get in trouble for drawing loli or shota in the US. The police have much more important things to worry about, like actual child predators. I don't know about other countries, though.

To my knowledge, the laws against this material has expired and never been reinstated.
For the moment, it should not be illegal, though I wouldn't want to be going on road trips across state lines with it, just in case.

Isn't there at least 7 different threads asking this exact question in which all of them inevitably devolve into "hurr durr muhh civil liberties".


TL;DR, Yes its legal, socially acceptable? Probably not.
