I am against censorship, so gelbooru should do something about it like finding a server that is not like what hivelocity is doing

"I am against COVID-19, so doctors should do something about it like finding a cure or vaccine"

Just like with COVID-19, that's literally something we've been trying to do the entire time.

How long have has the site been using Hivelocity and this issue been going on for? If you paid for a service they are not providing, they should give a refund to some extent. Their communication on twitter seems unprofessional, when the issue should have been kept private.

I'm guessing images got flagged on a hash blacklist database of sorts and they don't want to deal with legality issues. They would be within their rights to refuse service if this is the case. We live in a censored, pussified, politically correct world. I can only sincerely say goodluck finding another host.

Living in a censored, pussified, politically correct world is something I'm absolutely refusing to accept, however I agree 100% with finding another host.

We hadn't actually even really started using Hivelocity yet. The host we've been using for a long time, Vinax, has never given us any issues about loli, but they charge a lot more for bandwidth than Hivelocity does, and we're just at the cusp of needing to go up to the next tier for bandwidth. The plan was to offset as much of it as we could to Hivelocity for 1/3 the price. We built a brand new server to use in Hivelocity's section of the datacenter, but our main server never left it's rack in the Vinax section. The main server and its data connection weren't at risk, just the new server.
