Artist isn't Japanese but the copyright is, the style is anime-esque and it seems drawn well. Also I'm pretty there was an exception made for this artist before.
Well for one thing, it wasn't photoshop. Also it's not perfect, but it's not poor either. It's not a duplicate image, and is far different from the one referenced in the deletion reason. The only part that's not of perfect is a bit of the left sleeve around the breast, if you look hard, but it's still not bad.
I mean, I gain nothing from it being posted here, and could just easily keep it to myself. But on principle the reason just seems silly.

"Photoshop" generally refers to images that have been edited in any image editing software, not specifically photoshop. Similar to how people refer to tissues in general as "Kleenex", "Band-Aid" is used to refer to adhesive bandages in general, almost everyone calls all slow cookers "Crock Pots" even though that's a brand name, and "Linoleum" is used for sheet good floor coverings in general including vinyl even though it's a trademark that refers to a specific product made out of natural materials by a specific manufacturer.
So, since this is very clearly a edit made from the official published version of the image, it's a photoshop by common parlance.
We're very picky about edits. We consider any edit to be a poor edit if you can tell that the image was edited without looking at the original image. In this case, many of the lines where the image has been edited are heavily aliased and stand out like a sore thumb. It isn't just in the part on the sleeve around her breast, it's everywhere that the sleeve or her arm bordered her top that got edited out, as well as the bottom of both of her breasts and the nape of her neck. In addition, the nipple/areola seem to ignore the lighting that the rest of the image follows, so it looks like a sticker stuck on top of the image. Nevermind how it's aliased and its lineart doesn't match any of the lineart in the rest of the image. Because of these factors, the fact that it was edited was something I noticed immediately when I looked at the image.
Not a screen cap. The anime has no such scene. It has to be an artist's work.
Okay, so I wanted to agree with you but I failed to find a good source. It took me a while but I finally found something. It appears to be an edit of this: chan.sankakucomplex.com/post/show/550606
Not sure if it's a good enough edit to restore.
Note that it's sized and cropped differently but the pillow and sheets are certainly the same among other things.
