I honestly don't think it was that bad. It looks fine on my screen, and I'm using a 44" TV. It's an old picture I had on my PSP, which could be the reason why it's so badly compressed. You can change the deletion reason, but that doesn't really fix anything, does it?

The image you posted appears to be a pixiv manga sample. We prefer the artist's original file. To get that from a pixiv manga page you must click the arrow <--> icon in the top-left of the image.
