The WebM isn't upscaled. It was made directly from the SVG files that the ugoira is stored on Pixiv as, which you can download as a ZIP directly from Pixiv.
Downloading and opening the zip reveals that there are 60 jpgs with 722x928 dimensions instead of 1444x1856. And I downloaded the "_ugoira1920x1080.zip" one
I'm new to the site so I don't know how to shorten the url for this image: gelbooru.com/index.php?page=post&s=view&id=4299131. I'm not sure I understand the exact reason for the deletion of the image. In what way was it "poor"?. And are my other uploads by the same artist in danger of being deleted?. Thanks in advance.
Jerl - But there is a lot of content from several western artists that is considered acceptable. I only uploaded drawings from anime characters and one game character from a Japanese game (Kingdom Hearts). Isn't that enough?. If not, why are so many drawings by other western artists acceptable with pages after pages of uploads?. I ask this with all due respect, I just want a fair chance to publish this artist's pics as any other person on this website.

*All* artwork by non-Japanese artists is actually banned by our Terms of Service unless given specific exception by the moderation team for quality. Artwork you've seen by non-Japanese artists has either received such an exception, or has not been reviewed by the moderation team yet (we do not have an upload queue or anything like that, so we only see posts if we find them while browsing normally or someone flags them). We're somewhat strict about the quality and style of artwork we approve for an exception.
Jerl - Understood. My question then is what exactly was poor about Sora's drawing?. I would like to continue to upload this artist's work in the future but I will avoid the drawings that lack the standards needed for this site.
