I don't exactly understand the reason for deleting this. The size shouldn't be a problem.

The problem is that it's a smaller duplicate of an image we already have. We try to only have one copy of each image on the site.

This artist has lots up images that are still up, so I don't see why these should be an exception.

If art from a western artist features Japanese characters then it's not off-topic. Original characters by that same western artist in a western style however are off-topic.

That was over 5 months ago. If another mod thinks they're Japanese-style enough then they may get restored.

I'm not sure if this is the thread for it, but I flagged my own upload thinking it was glitched. Turns out it wasn't and was just taking a while to load for me. Can one of the mods please undo that flag?
