Rule 34 xxx is what you're looking for. It's a lot like here except it fully allows for western characters and western art. Unfournately it only has strictly NSFW, so you won't find any SFW posts there.

However, as soon you get there, create an account and fill up your blacklist with tags you DON'T want to see. You'll be subjected to a lot of sick and disgusting fetishes if you don't.

Would recommend making a free account there, it unlocks mostly everything in what there is to be seen. However, there is a limit in how many R-18 tags that can be used to search stuff unless you upgrade to a "plus" account. The site will promote it, but it's not needed
