I wish Gelbooru was open source so I could check myself, but what's the logic behind how the suggestions work under an image?

I have noticed that if the post has tagged the artist most of the recommendations are going to be from the tagged artist. If the artist is not tagged it recommends stuff with similar tags, often character and copyright tags, I think.
