Over 10 years I've been visiting this site and still don't actually understand that tag.

It's a Danbooru thing. Their posts have a commentary section where you can paste in any comments the artist made about the image.

So the tag is almost completely useless.

An easy way to get there is by clicking "Similar" at the bottom of the side bar, and then clicking the brown Danbooru icon.
