Yeah, but you're an outlier. There are people that put thousands of dollars a month into them. Some are rich and can afford it, others are using every penny the can scrape up to try to get the waifus they like best from the gacha. Also some of the games don't have cheat engines available. I'm pretty sure Kirara Fantasia never did. They were fairly aggressive in going after hacking, they even banned all of China's IP addresses after a bunch of hacking coming from there happened shortly after launch.

I was so pissed to find out a few of the employees of Sweet Baby had said some fucked up shit in the past. AKA, even though they virtue signal like crazy, they are terrible people on their own metrics.

This does have the potential for market saturation however. Basically demand and supply both peaking at the same time. (its a bit more complicated than that but not too far off)
This is when you start to see white collar criminalization occur on massive scales since market saturation stalls growth that is still being expected by shareholders, but there is no growth to be achieved, so you start to see companies in this situation become increasingly shady to scrape together any funds they can.
